Friends, Ronald Reagan had it right. He warned us about liberal bureaucrats and their penchant for leeching onto anything they can to advance their own goals. Of government, Reagan said:
“[G]overnment’s view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.”

There is no doubt, the future of our nation is in peril. We are threatened by an enormous national debt, a tax code that discourages economic activity and prosperity, and an ever-growing government interested only in an end purpose of growing itself larger. I’m afraid the end won’t come in one fell swoop, but instead a series of incessant and constant paper cuts, until we are bled of our freedoms, unable to raise our hands in opposition.
